What a very beautiful and happy new family. There was rain outside (which is good luck on your wedding day), but inside, there was abundant love and joyfulness throughout the church. Look how darling and sweet this young lady is, and she's so photogenic, too. This gorgeous park is right outside their door - a gazebo, lake and beautiful fall trees, what a perfect setting for a shoot! Her sweet brother is a Marine stationed overseas and missed this one; but if he gets that leave the family is hoping for, we'll have a family session soon. What a great, fun family. I've been photographing lots of little kids lately so it was a fun change to work with teenagers (and even in the morning they were happy and awake). One of my favorite families ever and for the first time, mom and dad joined in on the fun! These are some of the very first kids that I photographed professionally and they are also close friends; a session with them is almost like photographing my own crazy kids! I adore the sibling dynamic of a little girl with two big brothers (I happen to have a little personal experience with this one.) This beautiful little 3 year old curly-girl is a mighty powerful force, and we had a tons of fun moving at rocket speed from spot to another.
